Will you lend us your screen?
Sometimes it is easier to see than to simply talk about things on the phone. That is why we have a remote support system, where you can grant us access – and remove it again.
We can help you remotely by having download a small program and granting us permission to lend your screen. That way we can look at the problem with you.
P.S. Once we’re done you get your screen back and we’ll shut down our access.
How to get startet
